It’s just a 10-minute drive to Shenzhen Airport. As a professional printing company, Tengyue Printing has experienced rapid growth in recent years. The minimum order quantity is 2,000 units. For large boxes, we can also consider orders starting from 1,000 units.

2. What is the sample cost for the plastic box?

The sample cost is approximately $250. Since we use the same printing, cutting, and gluing machines as in mass production, you’ll receive an actual-quality box sample.

3. What do you need for a quote before sending your inquiry?

A: Box size (with layout, if available, or a photo of a similar box)

B: The material of the box (if you're unsure, we can provide expert advice)

C: Estimated Quantity (e.g., 5,000 units, 8,000 units, etc.)

D: Need printing or no printing

4. How do you usually ship the products?

If the total weight is less than 150 kg, we use courier services such as DHL, UPS, TNT, and FEDEX. For larger quantities, we ship by sea to reduce costs.

5. Could you please explain the overview of the manufacturing process?

Of course. We’ll receive the approved artwork from the buyer. → We’ll arrange the film for printing. → We’ll cut the raw material to the size of the box. → We’ll proceed with printing. → Next, we’ll die-cut the sheets into the shape of the box. → Then, we’ll assemble and glue the box together. → Finally, we’ll pack it—done!
