- After receiving product specifications such as materials, size, shape, color, quantity, and surface finish, we will provide the most competitive quote.

#Q4: Which delivery methods are available? What about the delivery time?
- Shipping Method and Delivery Time:
Express Delivery: To your doorstep within 3–5 business days (via DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, etc.)
Air delivery: 5–8 business days to the airport

- Yes, generally we’ll need you to provide either an AI file or a PDF file. High-resolution image files (300 dpi or higher) are also welcome! And it’s perfectly fine even if you only have some initial, basic ideas—we can help create a die-cut model for you. All we’ll do is bring your ideas to life.
