  For most standard-design boxes, we offer a free sample-making service—only shipping costs will be charged. For boxes with custom designs, a sample fee is required, typically ranging from $20 to $40 per style. However, this fee is refundable if a formal bulk order is placed later. 

  Q3: What is the price? And how can I quickly receive a quote? 

  We will provide the most accurate quote as soon as product specifications—such as material, size, shape, color, quantity, and surface finish—are confirmed. 

  Q4: What shipping methods are available? And how long does delivery take? 

  Delivery Method and Delivery Time: 
  Delivery Services: Delivered to your doorstep within 3–5 business days (via DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, etc.) 
  Air Shipping: Delivered to the airport within 5–8 business days

  Yes, all processing—from materials to your custom boxes—is carried out in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, mainland China. Even the materials we use are manufactured right here! 

  Q9: Do I need to provide a design file to have the necessary cardboard boxes custom-made? 

  Yes, generally, you’ll need to provide either an AI file or a PDF. High-resolution image files (300 dpi or higher) are also acceptable! And don’t worry if you only have preliminary, basic ideas—we can help create a die-cutting model for you! All we’ll need is your input to refine and finalize the design.
