Most boxes with standard designs offer a free sample-making service, with customers only responsible for shipping costs. For boxes featuring custom designs, a sample fee applies—typically ranging from $20 to $40 per style. However, this fee is refundable if a formal bulk order is placed afterward.

After receiving the product specifications—such as material, size, shape, color, quantity, and surface finish—we will provide you with the most accurate quote.
#Q4: What shipping methods are available? How long does delivery take?
Delivery Method and Delivery Time:
Delivery service: Delivered to your doorstep within 3–5 business days (via DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, etc.)
Air delivery: 5–8 business days to the airport
Shipping: Please provide the destination port. Our forwarder will confirm the exact number of days, but please note that the following lead times are for reference only: Europe & North America (25–35 days), Asia (3–7 days), Australia (16–23 days).

Yes, all processing of materials into your bags is carried out in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, mainland China. Even the materials we use are manufactured right here!
#Q9: Do I need to provide a design file to have the necessary cardboard boxes custom-made?
Yes, generally we’ll need you to provide either an AI file or a PDF file. High-resolution image files (300 dpi or higher) are also welcome! Even if you only have preliminary, basic ideas, that’s perfectly fine—we can help create die-cutting models for you. All we’ll need is your additional input based on your ideas.
