1. What is the minimum order quantity for plastic boxes?
Our minimum order quantity is 2,000 units. However, for large-sized boxes, we can accommodate orders as low as 1,000 units.
2. What is the estimated cost for the plastic box?
The sample cost is approximately $250. Since we use the same printing, cutting, and gluing machines as in mass production, you’ll receive an actual-quality box sample.
3. What do you need for a quote before sending your inquiry?
A: Box size (with layout, if applicable, or a photo of a similar box)
B: Material of the box (if you're unsure, we can provide expert advice)
C: Estimated quantities (e.g., 5,000 units, 8,000 units)
D: Need printing or no printing
4. How do you usually ship the products?
If the total weight is under 150 kg, use express delivery (DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX). For larger volumes, opt for sea freight to save on costs.
5. Could you explain the general production process?
Yes, the buyer provides the eligible artwork—arranges for printing film—cuts the raw materials to the box size—prints—the sheets are die-cut into the shape of the box—boxes are assembled and glued together—then packaged. Done!
