- For most standard-designed boxes, we offer a free sample-making service, charging only for shipping. For specially designed boxes, a sample fee applies—typically ranging from $20 to $40 USD per style. This fee is refundable if a formal bulk order is placed afterward.

- After receiving product specifications such as materials, size, shape, color, quantity, and surface finish, we will provide you with the most suitable quote.
#Q4: What shipping methods are available? How long does delivery take?

Express delivery: To your doorstep in 3-5 business days (DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx...)
Air shipping: 5-8 business days to the airport
