- For most standard-design boxes, we offer a free sample-making service, with shipping charges only. For certain boxes featuring special designs, a sample fee applies—typically ranging from $20 to $40 per style. This fee is refundable if a formal bulk order is placed afterward.
#Q3: What is the price? How can I get a quick quote?
- After receiving product specifications such as materials, size, shape, color, quantity, and surface finish, we will provide you with the most accurate quote.
#Q4: What shipping methods are available? And what about the delivery time?
- Shipping Method and Delivery Time:
Express Delivery: 3–5 business days to your doorstep (DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx...)
Air shipping: 5–8 business days to the airport
Sea Freight: Please specify the destination port. The exact number of days will be confirmed by our shipping carrier, and the following lead times are for reference only: Europe & America (25–35 days), Asia (3–7 days), Australia (16–23 days).

- Yes, generally, you’ll need to provide either an AI file or a PDF file. High-resolution image files (300 dpi or higher) are also welcome! And don’t worry if you only have a few initial, simple ideas—we can help create a die-cut model for you. After that, all you have to do is add your own creative input.
