Q: Do you provide samples? Are they free, or do you charge an additional fee?

A: Yes, we welcome samples and will deliver them within 7 business days. However, shipping costs and mold charges will be borne by the customer. Once you’ve paid the sample fee and sent us your confirmed files, we can arrange delivery within 3 to 5 days.

Q: What information do I need to provide to obtain a quote?

A: 1) The box pattern.

2) Product dimensions (length × width × height)

3) Materials and surface treatment.

4) Printing color.
5) If possible, please also provide photos or designs for verification. While a sample would be the clearest option, if one isn’t available, we recommend detailed related products as references instead.
