After receiving the product specifications—such as material, size, shape, color, quantity, and surface finish—we will provide you with the most suitable quote.
#Q4: What shipping methods are available? How long does delivery take?
Delivery Method and Delivery Time:
Delivery services: Delivered to your door within 3–5 business days (e.g., DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx)
Air shipping: Delivered to the airport within 5–8 business days

Yes, all the processing of materials into bags is done in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, mainland China. Even the materials we use are manufactured right here!
#Q9: Do I need to provide a design file to have the necessary cardboard boxes custom-made?
Yes, generally we’ll need you to provide either an AI file or a PDF file. High-resolution image files (300 dpi or higher) are also welcome! Even if you only have preliminary, basic ideas, that’s perfectly fine—we can help you create die-cutting models! All we’ll need from you is to flesh out your ideas further.
