  After obtaining product specifications such as material, size, shape, color, quantity, and surface finish, we will provide the optimal quote. 

  Q4: What shipping methods are available? How long does delivery take?

  Delivery service: Delivered to your doorstep within 3–5 business days (via DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, etc.)

  Yes, all the work of converting materials into bags is carried out in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, mainland China. Even the materials we use are manufactured right here! 

  Q9: Do I need to submit a design file to have the necessary cardboard boxes custom-made? 

  Yes, generally we’ll need either an AI file or a PDF file. High-resolution image files (300 dpi or higher) are also acceptable! And don’t worry if you only have a few initial, simple ideas—we can help create a die-cut model for you! Just let us know your ideas, and we’ll add them in no time.
