1. What is the minimum order quantity for plastic boxes?
Our MOQ is 2,000 units. For large-sized boxes, we can also consider orders of 1,000 units.
2. How much is the sample fee for the plastic box?
The sample cost is approximately $250. Since we use the same printing, cutting, and gluing machines as in mass production, you’ll receive an actual-quality sample box.
3. What do you need for a quote before submitting your inquiry?
A: Box size (with layout, if available, or a photo of a similar box)
B: The material of the box (if you're unsure, we can provide expert recommendations)
C: Estimated quantities (e.g., 5,000 units, 8,000 units)
D: Need printing or no printing
4. How do you usually ship the products?
If the total weight is less than 150 kg, we use courier services such as DHL, UPS, TNT, and FEDEX. For larger volumes, we opt for sea freight to reduce costs.
5. Could you please explain the overview of the production process?
Of course! The buyer provides the approved artwork → We arrange printing film → Cut raw materials to the box dimensions → Proceed with printing → Die-cut the sheets into box shapes → Assemble and glue the boxes together → And finally, pack everything—ready to go!
