  For most boxes with standard designs, we offer a free sample-making service. For boxes featuring custom designs, a sample fee applies—typically ranging from $20 to $40 per style. This fee is refundable if you place a formal, bulk order afterward. 

  #Q3: What is the price? And how can I quickly receive a quote? 

  After obtaining the product specifications—such as material, size, shape, color, quantity, and surface finish—we will provide you with the optimal quote. 

  #Q4: What shipping methods are available? How long does delivery take? 

  - Shipping Method and Delivery Time: 
  Delivery services: Delivered to your doorstep within 3–5 business days (DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, etc.) 
  Air delivery: 5–8 business days to the airport 
  Shipping: Please provide the destination port. The exact number of days will be confirmed by our forwarder; please refer to the following lead times for your information: Europe and America (25–35 days), Asia (3–7 days), Australia (16–23 days).

  Of course! We take pride in our customer service and creative approach to package design, and we’d be happy to collaborate with you!

  Almost all boxes are custom-made to meet customers' specifications. Occasionally, there may be some overruns that could fulfill certain customers' needs. 

  #Q8: Are these boxes made in China? 

  Yes, all the work to transform the materials into your bag is carried out in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, mainland China. Even the materials we use are manufactured right here! 

  #Q9: Do I need to provide a design file to customize the required cardboard boxes? 

  Yes, generally, you’ll need to provide either an AI file or a PDF. High-resolution image files (300 dpi or higher) are also acceptable! And don’t worry if you only have preliminary, rough ideas—we can help you create a die-cutting model! All we’ll need is for you to add your own concepts.
