Our MOQ is 2,000 units. For large boxes, we can also consider orders of 1,000 units.
2. How much is the quote for the plastic box?
The sample cost is approximately $250. Since we use the same printing, cutting, and gluing machines as in mass production, you’ll receive an actual-quality box sample.
3. What do you need for a quote before submitting your inquiry?
A: Box size (with layout, if available, or a photo of a similar box)
B: The material of the box (if you're unsure, we can provide expert recommendations)
C: Estimated quantities (e.g., 5,000 units, 8,000 units)
D: Need printing or no printing
4. How do you usually ship the products?
If the total weight is under 150 kg, use express delivery via DHL, UPS, TNT, or FEDEX. For larger volumes, opt for sea freight to reduce costs.
5. Could you please explain the general manufacturing process?
Yes, the buyer provides the eligible artwork—prepares the film for printing—cuts the raw materials to the box size—prints—the sheets are die-cut into the shape of the box—boxes are assembled by gluing—and finally, packaging is done. Done!
