-For most boxes of ordinary design, we provide free sample making service,we charge shipping cost only.For some boxes of Special Design,We Need Sample Charge,Normally is USD 20-40 Per Style . Can Refund when you Have Official Bulk Order.
#Q3:What is the price and how can we get a quote quickly?
-We will offer you the best quote after we get the product specifications such as material, size, shape, color, quantity, surface finishing, etc.
#Q4:What shipping method can I choose? How about the shipping time?
-Shipping Methods and Shipping Time:
By Express: 3-5 working days to your door (DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx...)
By Air: 5-8 working days to your airport
By Sea: Please advise your port of destination, the exact days will be confirmed by our forwarders, and the following lead time is for your reference. Europe and America (25 - 35 days), Asia (3-7 days), Australia ( 16-23 days)

-Almost all of our boxes are custom made to our clients’ specifications. Occasionally we have “overruns” that may meet the needs of some clients.

-Yes, all converting of our material into your bag is done in Shenzhen City,Guangdong Province,Mainland China. Even the material we use is made here!
#Q9:Do I need to provide the design file to custom the paper box I need?
-Yes,generally speaking, we need you to provide AI or PDF files.High resolution(300 dpi and above) image format files are also available!If you only have a preliminary simple idea, it doesn't matter, we can help you make a Die-cut model!All we need to do is add your ideas to it.
