For most standard-design boxes, we offer a free sample-making service, with shipping charges only. For boxes with custom designs, a sample fee is required—typically ranging from $20 to $40 per style. However, this fee is refundable if you place a formal, bulk order afterward.

If we know the product specifications—such as material, size, shape, color, quantity, and surface finish—we can provide you with the most accurate quote.

Yes, generally we’ll need you to provide either an AI file or a PDF. High-resolution image files (300 dpi or higher) are also acceptable! Even if you only have preliminary, basic ideas, that’s perfectly fine—we can help create die-cutting models for you. All we’ll need is your additional input on the design concepts.
