- Typically, we provide 1% as spare parts and use specialized overseas shipping cartons designed to protect the boxes. If the product you received is damaged, please take a photo and send it to us for verification. We’ll replenish the product as soon as possible and resend it to you immediately.
Are these boxes made in China?
Yes, all of our work processing materials into bags is carried out in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, mainland China. Even the materials we use are manufactured right here!
Do you need to provide a design file in order to customize the necessary cardboard boxes?
Yes, generally we’ll need you to provide either an AI file or a PDF file. High-resolution image files (300 dpi or higher) are also welcome! And it’s perfectly fine even if you only have a preliminary, simple idea—we can help create the die-cut model for you! All you’ll need to do is add your own ideas.
