- Yes, our company is a manufacturer with over 15 years of production experience! We have our own factory located in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China, and thanks to our proximity to the port, we enjoy a competitive edge in both pricing and quality control!
#Q2: Can I get a sample? Is it free, or do I need to pay?
- For most standard-design boxes, we offer a free sample-making service, with shipping charges only. For boxes with custom designs, a sample fee applies—typically ranging from $20 to $40 per style—which can be refunded when you place a formal bulk order.
#Q3: What is the price? How can I get a quick quote?
- After receiving the product specifications—such as materials, size, shape, color, quantity, and surface finish—we will provide you with the most competitive quote.
#Q4: What shipping methods are available? How long does delivery take?
- Shipping Method and Delivery Period:
Express Delivery: 3–5 business days to your doorstep (DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx...)
Air shipping: 5–8 business days to the airport
Sea Freight: Please provide the destination port. Our forwarder will confirm the exact transit time, and the following lead times are for reference only: Europe and America (25–35 days), Asia (3–7 days), Australia (16–23 days).

- Normally, our minimum order quantity is around 1,000 units. We can accommodate your requests with flexibility.
#Q6: We have an idea for a box, but it’s not available in your store. Would you still be willing to collaborate?
- "Absolutely! We take great pride in our customer service and the originality of our package designs, and we’d be delighted to collaborate with you!"
#Q7: Do you have boxes in stock sizes?
- Most of our boxes are custom-made to meet our customers' specifications. Very rarely, we may have "overproduction items" that could potentially fulfill certain customer needs.
#Q8: Are these boxes made in China?
- "Yes, all the processes of transforming our materials into your bags are carried out in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, mainland China. Even the materials we use are manufactured right here!"
#Q9: Do I need to provide a design file to customize the required cardboard boxes?
- Yes, generally, you’ll need to provide either an AI file or a PDF file. High-resolution image files (300 dpi or higher) are also welcome! Even if you only have a preliminary, rough idea at this stage, that’s perfectly fine—we can help you create a die-cut model. After that, all you have to do is add your own creative ideas.
