- For most standard-design boxes, we offer a free sample-making service, charging only for shipping. For select boxes with custom designs, a small sample fee applies—typically ranging from $20 to $40 per style—which can be refunded when you place a formal bulk order.
#Q3: How much does it cost? And how can I get a quick quote?
- After receiving the product specifications—such as materials, size, shape, color, quantity, and surface finish—we will provide you with the most suitable quote.
#Q4: Which delivery methods are available? And how long does delivery take?
- Shipping Method and Delivery Time:
Express Delivery: 3–5 business days to your doorstep (via DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, etc.)
Air shipping: 5–8 business days to the airport

- Yes, generally, we’ll need either an AI file or a PDF file. High-resolution image format files (300 dpi or higher) are also welcome! And it’s perfectly fine even if you only have a preliminary, simple idea—we can help create a die-cut model for you. All we’ll need to do is add your unique ideas to it.
