- For most standard-design boxes, we offer a free sample-making service, charging only for shipping. For boxes with custom designs, a sample fee applies—typically USD 20–40 per style. This fee is refundable if a formal bulk order is placed.
#Q3: What is the price? How can I get a quick quote?
- If you provide us with the product specifications—such as materials, size, shape, color, quantity, and surface finish—we’ll be happy to propose the most suitable quote.
#Q4: Which delivery methods are available? How long does delivery take?
- Shipping Method and Delivery Time:
Express Delivery: 3–5 business days to your doorstep (DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx...)
Air shipping: 5–8 business days to the airport
Sea Freight: Please provide the destination port. The exact number of days will be confirmed by our forwarder, and the lead times listed below are for reference purposes only: Europe & U.S. – 25–35 days; Asia – 3–7 days; Australia – 16–23 days.

- Almost all of our boxes are custom-made to meet our customers' specifications. Occasionally, we have "overproduction items" that may satisfy the needs of certain customers.

- Yes, the conversion of our materials into your bags is entirely done in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, mainland China. Even the materials we use are manufactured right here!
#Q9: Do I need to provide a design file in order to customize the required paper boxes?
- Yes, generally we’ll need you to provide either an AI file or a PDF file. High-resolution image files (300 dpi or higher) are also acceptable! And don’t worry if you only have a few simple initial ideas—we can help create a die-cut model for you. Just add your own ideas, and we’ll take care of the rest.
