- Most of our boxes are custom-made to meet our customers' specifications. In some cases, we may have surplus products that partially fulfill certain customer needs.

- Yes, all the work of converting materials into bags is carried out in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, mainland China. The materials we use are also manufactured right here!
#Q9: Do I need to provide a design file to have the necessary cardboard boxes custom-made?
- Yes, generally we need either an AI file or a PDF file. High-resolution image files (300 dpi or higher) are also acceptable! Don’t worry even if you only have preliminary, basic ideas—we’re happy to help create die-cutting models for you. All we’ll need is your input and additional ideas.
