For most boxes with standard designs, we offer a free sample-making service, charging only for shipping. For boxes featuring special designs, a sample fee will be required.
Typically, it costs between $20 and $40 per style. We can provide a refund if you place a formal bulk order.

Q3: How can I get a price and a quick quote?
Once the product specifications—such as material, size, shape, color, quantity, and surface finish—are confirmed, we will provide you with the most accurate quote.

Q4: What shipping methods are available? And what about the delivery time?
Delivery Method and Delivery Time:
Delivery services: Delivered to your door within 3–5 business days (e.g., DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx)
Air delivery: 5–8 business days to the airport

Q7: Do you have boxes in stock sizes?
Almost all boxes are custom-made to meet the customer's specifications. Occasionally, there may be "extra" units that could potentially fulfill some customers' needs.

Q8: Are these boxes made in China?
Yes, all the work of converting materials into bags is carried out in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, mainland China. The materials we use are also manufactured right here!

Q9: Do I need to provide a design file to customize the required cardboard boxes?
Yes, generally, you’ll need to provide either an AI file or a PDF. High-resolution image files (300 dpi or higher) are also acceptable! And don’t worry if you only have preliminary, rough ideas—we can help create die-cutting models for you! All we’ll need is for you to share your concept.
