1. What is the minimum order quantity for plastic boxes?
Our minimum order quantity is 2,000 units. However, for large-sized boxes, we can accommodate orders as low as 1,000 units.
2. What is the estimated cost for the plastic box?
The sample cost is approximately $250. Since we use the same printing/cutting/gluing machines as in mass production, you’ll receive an actual-quality box sample.
3. What do you need for a quote before sending your inquiry?
A: Box size (with layout, if applicable, or a photo of a similar box)
B: The material of the box (if you're unsure, we can provide expert advice)
C: Estimated Quantity (e.g., 5,000 units, 8,000 units, etc.)
D: Printing or non-printing required
4. How do you usually ship the products?
If the total weight is less than 150 kg, we use courier services such as DHL, UPS, TNT, and FEDEX. For larger shipments, we opt for sea transport to reduce costs.
5. Could you please explain the overview of the production process?
Of course! The buyer provides the approved artwork → We arrange printing films → Cut raw materials to the box’s size → Proceed with printing → Die-cut the sheets into the box shape → Assemble and glue the boxes together → Finally, package everything—ready to go!
