Yes, all processing of the materials into bags is carried out in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, mainland China. Even the materials we use are manufactured right here!
Q9: Do I need to provide a design file to have the necessary cardboard boxes custom-made?
Yes, generally we’ll need you to provide either an AI file or a PDF file. High-resolution image files (300 dpi or higher) are also welcome! Even if you only have a simple idea, that’s perfectly fine—our team will be happy to help create the die-cutting template for you. All we’ll need from you is to add your own creative input.
