- Yes, we are a manufacturer with over 15 years of production experience! We have our own factory in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China, and thanks to our proximity to the port, we enjoy advantages in both pricing and quality control!
Q2: Can I get a sample? Is it free, or do I have to pay?
- For most standard-design boxes, we offer a free sample-making service, with shipping charges only. For specially designed boxes, a sample fee applies—typically ranging from $20 to $40 per style. Please note that this fee is refundable if a formal bulk order is placed later.
Q3: What is the price, and how can I get a quick quote?
- After receiving the product specifications—such as materials, size, shape, color, quantity, and surface finish—we will provide you with the most suitable quote.
Q4: Which delivery methods are available? Could you also tell us about the delivery times?
- Shipping Method and Delivery Time:
Express Delivery: To your door in 3–5 business days (DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx...)
Air shipping: 5–8 business days to the airport
Sea Freight: Please provide us with the destination port. The exact number of days will be confirmed by our forwarder, and the following lead times are for your reference: Europe and the Americas (25–35 days), Asia (3–7 days), Australia (16–23 days).

- Typically, the minimum order quantity is around 1,000 units. We can accommodate this flexibly upon request.
Q6: We have an idea for a box, but your store doesn’t offer it. Can you still accommodate us?
- Of course! We take pride in our customer service and the creativity of our package designs, and we’d be delighted to collaborate with you!
Q7: Do you have boxes in stock sizes?
- Almost all of our boxes are custom-made to meet our customers' specifications. Rarely, there may be surplus items available that could potentially fulfill certain customer needs.
Q8: Are these boxes made in China?
Yes, all of our work processing materials into bags is carried out in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, mainland China. Even the materials we use are manufactured right here!
Q9: Do I need to provide a design file in order to customize the required paper boxes?
Yes, generally, you’ll need to provide either AI or a PDF file. High-resolution image files (300 dpi or higher) are also available! And it’s perfectly fine even if you only have a preliminary, simple idea—we can help create a die-cut model for you! We’ll simply add your concept to it.
