Yes, we're a manufacturer with over 15 years of production experience! We have our own factory in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China, and thanks to our location near the port, we enjoy a competitive edge in both pricing and quality control.
Q2: Can I get a sample? Is it free, or will there be a charge?
For most standard-design boxes, we offer a free sample-making service, with shipping charges only. For boxes with custom designs, a sample fee will apply—typically ranging from $20 to $40 per style. This fee is refundable if a formal bulk order is placed afterward.
Q3: What is the price? And how can I quickly receive a quote?
We will provide the optimal quote as soon as product specifications such as material, size, shape, color, quantity, and surface finish are confirmed.
Q4: What shipping methods are available? How long does delivery take?

Yes, all the work involved in converting materials into bags is carried out in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, mainland China. The materials we use are also manufactured right here!
Q9: Do I need to submit a design file to have the necessary cardboard boxes custom-made?
Yes, generally we’ll need you to provide either an AI file or a PDF. High-resolution image files (300 dpi or higher) are also acceptable! Even if you only have preliminary, basic ideas, that’s perfectly fine—we can help you create die-cutting models. All we’ll need is for you to add your own creative input.
