- Yes, we're a manufacturer with over 15 years of production experience! We have our own factory located in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China, and being close to the port gives us a competitive edge in both pricing and quality control.
#Q2: Can I get a sample? Is it free, or will there be a charge?
- For most standard-design boxes, we offer a free sample-making service, charging only for shipping. For boxes with custom designs, a sample fee will apply—typically ranging from $20 to $40 per style. This fee is fully refundable when you place a formal bulk order.
#Q3: What is the price, and how can I quickly receive a quote?
- After confirming the product specifications—such as materials, size, shape, color, quantity, and surface finish—we will provide you with the most suitable quote.
#Q4: What shipping methods are available? How long does delivery take?
- Shipping Method and Delivery Time:
Express Delivery: To your doorstep in 3–5 business days (DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx...)
Air delivery: 5–8 business days to the airport
Sea Freight: Please provide the port of destination. The exact number of days will be confirmed by our forwarder, and the lead times listed below are for reference purposes only: Europe & America (25–35 days), Asia (3–7 days), Australia (16–23 days).

- "Yes, all the processes of transforming our materials into bags are carried out in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, mainland China. Even the materials we use are manufactured right here!"

- Yes, generally, you’ll need to provide either an AI file or a PDF file. High-resolution image format files (300 dpi or higher) are also available! And don’t worry if you only have a simple initial idea—we can help create a die-cut model for you. All we’ll do is add your unique ideas to it.
