For most boxes with standard designs, we offer a free sample-making service—only charging for shipping. For boxes featuring custom designs, a sample fee will apply, typically ranging from $20 to $40 per style. Please note that this fee is refundable if you place a formal bulk order afterward.

We will provide the most accurate quote once we confirm the product specifications, including material, size, shape, color, quantity, and surface finish.
Q4: What shipping methods are available? How long does delivery take?

Yes, all processing of materials into your bags is carried out in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, mainland China. The materials we use are also manufactured right here!

Yes, generally we’ll need you to provide either an AI file or a PDF. High-resolution image files (300 dpi or higher) are also acceptable! Even if you only have preliminary, rough ideas, that’s perfectly fine—we can help create die-cutting models for you. All we’ll need is your input to refine and expand on those initial concepts.
