- Yes, all the work of processing our materials into your bags is carried out in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, mainland China. Even the materials we use are manufactured right here!

- Yes, generally, you’ll need to provide either an AI file or a PDF file. High-resolution image files (300 dpi or higher) are also acceptable! And even if you only have a preliminary, simple idea, that’s no problem— we can help you create a die-cut model! All it takes is adding your own creative touch to it.
