- Yes, our company is a manufacturer with over 15 years of production experience! We have our own factory located in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China, and being close to the port gives us a competitive edge in both pricing and quality control!
#Q2: Can I get a sample? Is it free, or do I need to pay?
- For most standard-design boxes, we offer a free sample-making service, with shipping charges only. For boxes with custom designs, a sample fee applies—typically ranging from $20 to $40 per style—which can be refunded when you place a formal bulk order.
#Q3: How much does it cost? Also, how can I get a quick quote?
- After receiving product specifications such as materials, size, shape, color, quantity, and surface finish, we will provide the most competitive quote.
#Q4: Which delivery methods are available? How long does delivery take?
- Shipping Method and Delivery Time:
Delivery Services: Delivered within 3-5 business days (DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx...)
Air shipment: Arrives at the airport within 5-8 business days
Sea Freight: Please provide the destination port. The exact number of days will be confirmed by our forwarder, and the following lead times are for your reference: Europe and America (25–35 days), Asia (3–7 days), Australia (16–23 days).

- Almost all of our boxes are custom-made to meet our customers' specifications. Occasionally, we may have "surplus items" that could fulfill the needs of certain customers.

- Yes, all the work of processing our materials into your bags is carried out in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, mainland China. Even the materials we use are manufactured right here!
#Q9: Do I need to provide a design file in order to customize the required cardboard boxes?
- Yes, generally, you’ll need to provide either an AI file or a PDF file. High-resolution image format files (300 dpi or higher) are also available! And it’s perfectly fine even if you only have some initial, basic ideas—we can help create a die-cut model for you—simply by incorporating your ideas.
