Yes, our company is a manufacturer with over 15 years of production experience! We have our own factory located in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China, and thanks to our proximity to the port, we enjoy advantages in both pricing and quality control.
#Q2: Are samples available? Are they free, or do they come at a cost?
For most standard-design boxes, we offer a free sample-making service, charging only for shipping. For certain special-design boxes, a sample fee is required—typically ranging from $20 to $40 per style—which can be refunded when you place a formal bulk order.
#Q3: How much does it cost? And how can I get a quick quote?
We will provide the most accurate quote once we receive the product specifications, including materials, size, shape, color, quantity, and surface finish.
#Q4: What shipping methods are available? How long does delivery take?
Delivery Method and Delivery Period:
Express Delivery: Delivered to your door within 3–5 business days (DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx...)
Air delivery: 5–8 business days to the airport

Yes, all of our work processing materials into bags is carried out in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, mainland China. Even the materials we use are manufactured right here!
#Q9: Do I need to provide a design file to customize the required cardboard boxes?
Yes, generally, we’ll need either AI or a PDF file. High-resolution image files (300 dpi or higher) are also acceptable! And it’s perfectly fine even if you only have a basic initial idea—our team can help create the die-cutting model for you! All you’ll need to do is provide your ideas, and we’ll take care of the rest.
