Q2: Can I get a sample? Is it free, or will there be a charge?
For most boxes with standard designs, we offer a free sample-making service—only charging for shipping. For boxes featuring special designs, a sample fee will be required.
Typically, it costs $20 to $40 per style. We can provide a refund if there’s a formal bulk order.

Q3: What is the price? And how can I quickly receive a quote?
We will provide the most accurate quote once the product specifications—such as material, size, shape, color, quantity, and surface finish—are finalized.

Q4: What shipping methods are available? How long does delivery take?
Delivery Method and Delivery Time:
Delivery services: Delivered to your door within 3–5 business days (DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, etc.)
Air Shipping: Delivered to the airport within 5–8 business days
Sea Freight: Please provide us with the destination port. Our forwarder will confirm the exact number of days, but please note that the following lead times are for reference only: Europe & North America (25–35 days), Asia (3–7 days), Australia (35–42 days).

Most boxes are custom-made to meet customers' specifications. In some cases, there may even be surplus inventory available to fulfill the needs of select customers.

#Q8: Are these boxes made in China?
Yes, all processing—from materials to your custom bags—is carried out in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, mainland China. Even the materials we use are manufactured right here!

#Q9: Do I need to submit a design file to customize the required cardboard boxes?
Yes, generally we’ll need you to provide either an AI file or a PDF. High-resolution image files (300 dpi or higher) are also welcome! Even if you only have a few preliminary ideas, that’s perfectly fine—we can help create a die-cutting model for you. All we’ll need is your input to refine and expand on those initial concepts.
