Yes, we're a manufacturer with over 15 years of production experience! We have our own factory in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China, and thanks to our proximity to the port, we excel in both pricing and quality control.
Q2: Can I get a sample? Is it free, or will there be a charge?
For most standard-design boxes, we offer a free sample-making service, with shipping charges only. For boxes with special designs, a sample fee applies—typically ranging from $20 to $40 per style. This fee is refundable if a formal bulk order is placed afterward.
Q3: What is the price? And how can I quickly receive a quote?
We will provide the most accurate quote once we confirm the product specifications, including material, size, shape, color, quantity, and surface finish.
Q4: What shipping methods are available? And how long does delivery take?
Delivery Method and Delivery Time:
Delivery Service: Delivered to your home within 3–5 business days (via DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, etc.)
Air delivery: Delivered to the airport within 5–8 business days

Yes, all material conversions are carried out in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, mainland China. The materials we use are also manufactured right here!
Q9: Do I need to provide a design file to have the necessary cardboard boxes custom-made?
Yes, generally we require either AI or PDF files. High-resolution image format files (300 dpi or higher) are also acceptable! Don’t worry even if you only have preliminary, basic ideas—we can help you create a die-cutting model! All we’ll need is for you to provide your own ideas.
