Q2: Can I get a sample? Is it free, or will there be a charge?
For most standard-designed boxes, we offer a free sample-making service, charging only for shipping. For specially designed boxes, a sample fee applies—typically ranging from USD 20 to 40 per style—which can be refunded when you place a formal bulk order.
Q3: What is the price? And how can I get a quick quote?
After receiving the product specifications—such as material, size, shape, color, quantity, and surface finish—we will provide you with the most suitable quote.
Q4: What shipping methods are available? How long does delivery take?
Delivery Method and Delivery Period:
Express delivery: Delivered to your doorstep within 3–5 business days (DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, etc.)
Air shipping: 5–8 business days to the airport
Sea Freight: Please specify your destination port. Our forwarder will confirm the exact number of days. The lead times listed below are for reference purposes only: Europe and America (25–35 days), Asia (3–7 days), Australia (16–23 days).
