Q2: Can I get a sample? Is it free, or do I have to pay?
For most standard-design boxes, we offer a free sample-making service, with only shipping costs charged. For certain special-design boxes, a sample fee is required—typically USD 20–40 per style—which can be refunded when you place a formal bulk order.
Q3: What is the price, and how can I receive a quick quote?
After gathering product specifications such as material, size, shape, color, quantity, and surface finish, we will provide you with the most accurate quote.
Q4: Which shipping method can I choose? What is the delivery timeframe?
Delivery Method and Delivery Period:
Express Delivery: To your doorstep in 3–5 business days (DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx...)
Air delivery: 5–8 business days to the airport
Sea Freight: Please provide the destination port. Our forwarder will confirm the exact number of days. The following lead times are for your reference: Europe and the U.S. (25–35 days), Asia (3–7 days), Australia (16–23 days).

Q7: Do you have boxes in stock sizes?
Almost all of our boxes are custom-made to meet our customers' specifications. Occasionally, there may be "overproduction items" that cater to the needs of certain customers.
Q8: Are these boxes made in China?
Yes, all of our material-processing operations for bag production are carried out in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, mainland China. Even the materials we use are manufactured right here!
Q9: Do I need to provide a design file in order to customize the required paper boxes?
Yes, generally, we’ll need either AI or PDF files. High-resolution image-format files (300 dpi or higher) are also available! And it’s perfectly fine even if you only have a simple initial idea—we can help create a die-cut model for you! All you need to do is provide your ideas, and we’ll take care of the rest.
