Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: Are you a manufacturer? Do you have your own factory?
Yes, we're a manufacturer with over 15 years of production experience! We have our own factory located in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China, and thanks to our proximity to the port, we enjoy a competitive edge in both pricing and quality control.
Q2: Can I get a sample? Is it free, or will there be a charge?
For most boxes with standard designs, we offer a free sample-making service, charging only for shipping. For boxes featuring custom designs, a sample fee will apply—typically ranging from $20 to $40 per style. However, this fee is refundable if you place a formal bulk order afterward.
Q3: How much does it cost? And how can I get a quick quote?
If we know the product specifications—such as material, size, shape, color, quantity, and surface finish—we can provide you with the most accurate quote.
Q4: What shipping methods are available? How long does delivery take?
Delivery Method and Delivery Time:
Delivery Service: Delivered to your home within 3–5 business days (via DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, etc.)
Air shipping: Delivered to the airport within 5–8 business days
Shipping: Please provide the destination port. Our forwarder will confirm the exact number of days, and you can refer to the following lead times for your information: Europe & North America (25–35 days), Asia (3–7 days), Australia (16–23 days).
Q5: What is the minimum order quantity?
Typically, the minimum order quantity is around 1,000 units. We can accommodate requests with flexibility, depending on the situation.
Q6: We have an idea for a box, but it hasn’t been listed in the store yet. Can you still assist us with this?
Of course! We take pride in our customer service and creative approach to package design, and we’d be happy to collaborate with you!
Q7: Do you have boxes in stock sizes?
Almost all boxes are custom-made to meet the customer's specifications. Occasionally, there may be "surplus items" that could fulfill some customers' needs.
Q8: Are these boxes made in China?
Yes, all processing—from materials to your custom boxes—is carried out in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, mainland China. Even the materials we use are manufactured right here!
Q9: Do I need to provide a design file to customize the required cardboard boxes?
Yes, generally we’ll need you to provide either an AI file or a PDF. High-resolution image files (300 dpi or higher) are also acceptable! Even if you only have preliminary, basic ideas, that’s perfectly fine—we can help create die-cutting models for you. All we’ll need is your input to refine and expand on those initial concepts.
