  - After receiving product specifications such as materials, size, shape, color, quantity, and surface finish, we will provide you with the most suitable quote. 

  #Q4: What shipping methods are available? And what is the estimated delivery time? 

  - Shipping Method and Delivery Period: 
  Express Delivery: To your doorstep within 3–5 business days (DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, etc.)

  - Yes, all of our material-to-bag conversion processes are carried out in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, mainland China. Even the materials we use are manufactured right here! 

  #Q9: Do I need to provide a design file to have the necessary cardboard boxes custom-made? 

  - Yes, generally, you’ll need to provide either an AI file or a PDF file. High-resolution image files (300 dpi or higher) are also available! And even if you only have a preliminary, rough idea at this stage, that’s no problem— we can help create a die-cut model for you! All we’ll need is your input to refine and develop the concept further.
