- For most standard-design boxes, we offer a free sample-making service, charging only for shipping. For certain special-design boxes, a sample fee will apply.
Typically, it costs between $20 and $40 per style. A refund is available for formal bulk orders.

#Q3: What is the price, and how can I quickly receive a quote?
- After receiving the product specifications—such as materials, size, shape, color, quantity, and surface finish—we will provide you with the most competitive quote.

#Q4: Which delivery methods are available? And how long does delivery take?
- Shipping Method and Delivery Time:
Express Delivery: To your door in 3–5 business days (DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, etc.)
Air shipping: 5–8 business days to the airport

- Most of our boxes are custom-made to meet our customers' specifications. Occasionally, we have "overproduction items" that may satisfy the needs of certain customers.

#Q8: Are these boxes made in China?
- Yes, all of our material-to-bag conversion processes are carried out in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, mainland China. The materials we use are also manufactured right here!

#Q9: Do I need to provide a design file to customize the required cardboard boxes?
- Yes, generally, you’ll need to provide either an AI file or a PDF file. High-resolution image files (300 dpi or higher) are also available! And even if you only have a preliminary, basic idea, that’s no problem—we can help you create a die-cut model! All we’ll need is for you to add your own creative input to it.
