Our MOQ is 2,000 units. For large boxes, we can also consider orders of 1,000 units.
2. What is the estimated cost for the plastic box?
The sample cost is approximately $250. Since we use the same printing, cutting, and gluing machines as in mass production, you’ll receive an actual-quality box sample.
3. What do you need for a quote before sending your inquiry?
A: Box size (with layout, if available, or a photo of a similar box)
B: Material of the box (if you're unsure, we can provide expert advice)
C: Estimated quantities (e.g., 5,000 units, 8,000 units)
D: Need printing or no printing
4. How do you usually ship the products?
If the total weight is less than 150 kg, we use courier services such as DHL, UPS, TNT, and FEDEX. For larger volumes, we opt for ocean shipping to reduce costs.
5. Could you please explain the overview of the production process?
Of course. The buyer provides the approved artwork → We arrange printing film → Cut raw materials to the box size → Proceed with printing → Die-cut the sheets into the box shape → Assemble and glue the boxes together → Finally, package everything—ready to go!
