- For most standard-design boxes, we offer a free sample-making service, with shipping charges only. For boxes featuring special designs, a sample fee applies—typically ranging from $20 to $40 per style—which is fully refundable upon placing a formal bulk order.

- After receiving product specifications such as materials, size, shape, color, quantity, and surface finish, we will provide you with the most suitable quote.

- Yes, generally, you’ll need to provide either an AI file or a PDF file. High-resolution image files (300 dpi or higher) are also available! Even if you only have preliminary, basic ideas, that’s no problem— we can help create a die-cut model for you! All we’ll do is incorporate your ideas.
