2. What is the sample cost for the plastic box?

The sample cost is approximately $250. Since we use the same printing, cutting, and gluing machines as in mass production, you’ll receive an actual-quality box sample.

3. What information must you provide before sending the quote request?

A: Box size (with layout, if applicable, or a photo of a similar box)

B: Material of the box (if you're unsure, we can provide expert advice)

C: Estimated Quantity (e.g., 5,000 units, 8,000 units, etc.)

D: Need printing or no printing

4. How do you usually ship the products?

If the total weight is less than 150 kg, we’ll ship via courier services such as DHL, UPS, TNT, or FEDEX. For larger quantities, we’ll opt for sea freight to reduce costs.

5. Could you please explain the overview of the production process?

Understood. The customer will provide the eligible artwork. We’ll handle film preparation, printing, cutting the material to fit the box size, printing the sheets, die-cutting the sheets into box shapes, assembling and gluing the boxes, and finally, packaging them. Everything is ready!
