1. What is the minimum order quantity for plastic boxes?
Our MOQ is 2,000 units. For large-sized boxes, we may also consider accepting orders of 1,000 units.
2. How much is the estimated cost for the plastic box?
The sample cost is approximately $250. Since we use the same printing, cutting, and gluing machines as in mass production, you’ll receive an actual-quality box sample.
3. What do you need for a quote before submitting your inquiry?
A: Box size (with layout, if applicable, or a photo of a similar box)
B: The material of the box (if you're unsure, we can provide expert advice)
C: Approximate quantities (e.g., 5,000 units, 8,000 units, etc.)
D: Printing availability
4. How do you usually ship the products?
If the total weight is less than 150 kg, we will ship via express delivery services (DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX). For items with large volume, we’ll opt for sea freight to reduce costs.
5. Could you explain the general production process?
Yes, the buyer provides the eligible artwork—prepares the film for printing—cuts the raw materials to the box size—prints—the sheets are die-cut into the shape of the box—then the boxes are assembled—and finally, they’re packed. That’s it!
