Q: Are you a trading company, or are you a manufacturer?
A: We're the manufacturer.
Q: What is the delivery deadline?
A: Normally it takes 8 business days, but for larger quantities, it may take 10 to 12 business days.
Q: Do you provide samples? Are they free, or do you charge an additional fee?
A: Yes, we offer free samples from our stock, but custom samples will incur an additional charge. Shipping costs, however, are the responsibility of the customer.
Q: What are CMYK and RGB?
A: In offset printing, "4-color" and "full color" mean the same thing. "4-color" refers to the four primary printing inks—cyan (C), magenta (M), yellow (Y), and black/key (K)—also known as CMYK. Meanwhile, computer screens and most computer programs typically use the RGB color space (red, green, blue) for formatting.
In offset printing, RGB format cannot be used and must be converted to CMYK. Please understand that this may result in color shifts, as CMYK cannot perfectly reproduce RGB, and adjustments might be necessary after the conversion.
