Q: What is the delivery deadline?
A: Typically 5 to 10 days if in stock, or 15 to 20 days depending on the quantity if out of stock.

Q: What are CMYK and RGB?
A: In offset printing, "4-color" and "full color" mean the same thing. "4-color" refers to the four primary printing inks—cyan (C), magenta (M), yellow (Y), and black/key (K)—also known as CMYK. Meanwhile, computer screens and most computer programs typically use the RGB color space (red, green, blue) for formatting.
In offset printing, the RGB format cannot be used and must be converted to CMYK. Please note that this may result in color shifts. CMYK cannot accurately reproduce RGB colors, so adjustments might be necessary after the conversion.
