  Q2: Can I get a sample? Is it free, or will there be a charge? 

  For most boxes with standard designs, we offer a free sample-making service—simply covering the shipping costs. However, for boxes featuring custom designs, a small sample fee applies, typically ranging from $20 to $40 per style. Rest assured, we’ll refund this fee if you proceed with a formal bulk order. 

  Q3: What is the price? And how can I quickly receive a quote? 

  We will provide the most accurate quote as soon as product specifications—such as material, size, shape, color, quantity, and surface finish—are confirmed. 

  Q4: What shipping methods are available? And how long does delivery take? 

  Delivery Method and Delivery Time: 
  Delivery service: Delivered to your doorstep within 3–5 business days (via DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, and more) 
  Air delivery: To the airport within 5–8 business days 
  Shipping: Please provide the destination port. Our forwarder will confirm the exact number of days, but please note that the following lead times are for reference only: Europe & North America (25–35 days), Asia (3–7 days), Australia (16–23 days).

  Of course! We take pride in our customer service and creative approach to package design, and we’d be happy to assist you! 

  Q7: Do you have boxes in stock sizes? 

  Most boxes are custom-made to meet customers' specifications. In some cases, there may be overproduced items that partially satisfy certain customer needs. 

  Q8: Are these boxes made in China? 

  Yes, all material conversions are carried out in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, mainland China. The materials we use are also manufactured right here! 

  Q9: Do I need to provide a design file to have the necessary cardboard boxes custom-made? 

  Yes, generally we need either AI or a PDF file. High-resolution image files (300 dpi or higher) are also acceptable! Even if you only have preliminary, basic ideas, that’s no problem—we can help you create die-cutting models! All we’ll need is for you to provide your own ideas.
