Our MOQ is 2,000 units, but we can consider accepting orders of 1,000 units for large-sized boxes.
2. How much is the sample fee for the plastic box?
The sample cost is approximately $250. Since we use the same printing, cutting, and gluing machines as in mass production, you can receive an actual-quality box sample.
3. What should I provide for a quote before sending an inquiry?
A: Box size (or, if available, layout, or an image of a similar box)
B: The material of the box (if you're not very familiar with it, we'll provide a professional recommendation)
C: Estimated quantity (e.g., 5,000 units, 8,000 units)
D: Printing required or non-printing
4. How do you usually ship the products?
If the total weight is less than 150 kg, we’ll ship via express courier services such as DHL, UPS, TNT, or FEDEX. For larger volumes, we’ll opt for sea freight to reduce costs.
5. Could you explain the general production process?
Yes, the buyer provides the eligible artwork—arranges for printing film—cuts the raw materials to the box dimensions—prints—the sheets are die-cut into the shape of the box—glues them together to assemble the box—and finally, packs it up. Done!
