- For most standard-design boxes, we offer a free sample-making service, with shipping charges only. For specially designed boxes, a sample fee applies—typically USD 20–40 per style—which is refundable upon placement of a formal bulk order.

- After receiving the product specifications—such as material, size, shape, color, quantity, and surface finish—we will provide you with the most suitable quote.
Q4: Which delivery methods are available? How long does delivery take?
