Typically, we provide 1% of spare parts and use special overseas packaging boxes designed to protect the boxes themselves. If the product you receive is damaged, please take photos and send them to us for verification. We’ll then replenish the product as soon as possible and resend it to you.

Yes, all the processing—from materials to your custom-made bags—is carried out in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China. Even the materials we use are manufactured right here!
#Q9: Do I need to submit a design file to have the necessary cardboard boxes custom-made?
Yes, generally, submissions in AI or PDF file format are required. High-resolution image files (300 dpi or higher) are also acceptable! Even if you only have a simple idea, that’s no problem—we’re happy to help create your die-cutting model! All we’ll need from you is to provide your ideas.
