For most boxes with standard designs, we offer a free sample-making service, charging only for shipping. For boxes featuring special designs, a sample fee will be required.
Typically, it costs between $20 and $40 per style. We can provide a refund if there’s a formal bulk order.

#Q3: What is the price? And how can I quickly receive a quote?
We will provide the most accurate quote as soon as we have details about the product specifications, including material, size, shape, color, quantity, and surface finish.

#Q4: What shipping methods are available? How long does delivery take?
- Shipping Method and Delivery Time:
Delivery services: Delivered to your doorstep within 3–5 business days (DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, etc.)
Air delivery: 5–8 business days to the airport

- Typically, we provide 1% of surplus items and have dedicated overseas packaging boxes designed to protect the boxes themselves. If the product you receive is damaged, please take a photo and send it to us, and we’ll promptly replenish the item and resend it to you.

Q8: Are these boxes made in China?
Yes, all the processing—from materials to your custom bags—is carried out in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, mainland China. Even the materials we use are manufactured right here!

Q9: Do I need to submit a design file to have the necessary cardboard boxes custom-made?
Yes, we generally require either AI or PDF files. High-resolution image files (300 dpi or higher) are also acceptable! Even if you only have a basic idea, that’s no problem—our team can help create a die-cutting model for you. All we need is your creative input!
