  For most boxes with standard designs, we offer a free sample-making service, charging only for shipping. For boxes featuring custom designs, a sample fee is required—typically ranging from $20 to $40 per style. However, this fee is refundable if you place a formal, bulk order afterward.

  After obtaining the product specifications—such as material, size, shape, color, quantity, and surface finish—we will provide you with the most competitive quote. 

  #Q4: What shipping methods are available? How long does delivery take?

  Yes, all the work of transforming materials into bags is carried out in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, mainland China. Even the materials we use are manufactured right here! 

  #Q9: Do I need to provide a design file to customize the required cardboard boxes? 

  Yes, generally, you’ll need to provide either an AI file or a PDF. High-resolution image files (300 dpi or higher) are also acceptable! And don’t worry—even if you only have preliminary, basic ideas; we’re happy to help create a die-cutting model for you! All we’ll need is for you to add your own creative input.
