After confirming the product specifications—such as material, size, shape, color, quantity, and surface finish—we will provide you with the most accurate quote.

Q4: What shipping methods are available? How long does delivery take?

Delivery service: Delivered to your doorstep within 3–5 business days (via DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, and more)

Yes, generally we need either AI or a PDF file. High-resolution image files (300 dpi or higher) are also acceptable! Even if you only have preliminary, basic ideas, that’s no problem—we can help you create die-cutting models! All we’ll need is for you to provide your own ideas.
